Hi, my name is Steve Murtagh. I'm 73 years old and I live in Colorado Springs, CO (the Healthiest State in the USA!!). I was introduced to Reliv products by a friend in 2009, and have been using them very consistently ever since. I like to say that now I am reaping the harvest of the seeds that were planted back then.
I have an unenviable genetic heritage. Cancer, coronary disease, diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer's.... if there was a serious condition, someone in my family suffered from it. So prevention became increasingly important to me as the years began to add up. I've never been a smoker and, at least since my retirement from the consulting business in 2012, I have lived a pretty healthy lifestyle that includes eating well, exercising at least some every day, getting adequate rest and keeping an active social life (yes, that is part of a healthy lifestyle). Reliv products help by giving me confidence that every day I am giving my body everything it needs to maintain itself through complete and balanced nutrition, filling in whatever gaps there may be in my diet and making it simple to do.
Over the years I have lost 65 pounds and been successful at keeping it off. And now as I enter those senior years I am doing so fit, active and healthy. Its a very satisfying and empowering feeling to be able to get results like this so simply and reliably. And I've continued to benefit ever since. I'm planning on being fit and well for many more years to come.
